Settle Lands Up to $100M Financing Deal With 3Jane for Inventory Lending
Settle secured a forward-flow credit agreement with 3Jane, starting at $50M with expansion potential, to fund inventory loans for e-commerce brands.
Settle, a New York-based provider of inventory financing for consumer and e-commerce brands, has secured a forward-flow financing agreement with 3Jane, a structured credit platform, the company announced Oct. 30. The facility opens with $50 million in initial capacity and includes an option to expand to $100 million.
The deal is structured as a forward-flow arrangement, a mechanism in which a lender commits in advance to purchasing a defined stream of loans originated by a financing company. For Settle, the agreement is designed to expand the capital available to consumer product brands that rely on inventory loans to manage supply chains and purchasing cycles.

The partnership with 3Jane signals continued institutional appetite for specialty lending tied to e-commerce infrastructure, a segment that has drawn structured credit attention as online retail supply chains have grown more complex. Forward-flow agreements of this type allow originators like Settle to recycle capital efficiently without holding loans on their own balance sheets indefinitely.
Settle positions itself as a working capital partner for emerging and growth-stage consumer brands, offering financing tied directly to inventory purchases. The additional capacity unlocked by the 3Jane facility would allow the company to service a larger volume of brand clients or extend greater credit lines to existing borrowers.
